It describes the ways you can exercise your rights to access and control your Personal Information, and the complaint and recourse methods available to you.
Application Data
The Viaduct application reads vehicle Telematics data and Service Records from customer provided databases, or from other data sources we may license, in order to predict failures in vehicle parts and assemblies. The application uses this information to predict failures at the individual vehicle level, and provide insights about potential failures in vehicles and collections of vehicles.
Users of the Viaduct application login to the application using email addresses authenticated through customer Identity Provider software. These email addresses are used by the Viaduct application for the purpose of identifying the users of the application.
Service Records may contain other personally identifiable information, such as vehicle VIN numbers, vehicle owner information, and other information that may be associated with the Service Record. This service record information is used for the purpose of identifying vehicle properties in order to group vehicles together for analytics purposes.
Telematics data includes information collected periodically from sensors on the vehicle, including vehicle locations when the sensor data is collected, temperature, and information about how and when the vehicle is being driven.
